Afterpay & Klarna – an additional 7% will be added to cover processing fees
These fees are charged by payment providers and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking.
Your date will not be officially reserved until the signed contract has been submitted.
Flexible monthly payment plans are available for All Inclusive Packages.
All payments are non-refundable in the event of a canceled wedding date.
A $100 Holiday Surcharge will apply to weddings scheduled on the following major U.S. holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Permit Policy
If your selected beach or park location requires a permit, there are two options:
Client-managed permit:
You may apply for the permit by following the city’s requirements. The client is responsible for all communication and submission directly with the city or park.
We can provide standard vendor documents such as insurance and business information upon request.
Please note that permit guidance, site plans, application assistance, and direct communication with the city are not included.
If you prefer not to prepare the site plan or event layout yourself, we can create it for you for an additional $100 assistance fee.
Permit Coordination Service — from $300:
We can handle the permit process on your behalf for an additional administrative fee starting at $300. This includes guidance, preparation of required documents, layout planning, and communication with the city.
Please note that city permit fees are not included, must be paid separately, and are non-refundable in accordance with local regulations.
We strongly recommend applying at least 30–90 days prior to your ceremony date. Permits requested within 2–4 weeks of the event are not guaranteed to be approved in time.
Photography
Final edited photos will be delivered to the client within 7 business days (and no later than 14 days) after the wedding. Each additional photo beyond the package limit may be purchased for $5 per image.
The number of final edited photos provided is determined by the package selected.
Our photography team conducts a professional curation process to select the best images captured during the event. Because raw galleries include test shots, duplicates, and unusable frames, we do not provide unedited galleries or offer client-side photo selection.
All photographs, videos, and media remain the property of the photographer/company until the final edited gallery included in the selected package has been delivered to the Client. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of edited photographs, videos, or other deliverables until all outstanding balances, late fees, damage fees, or other applicable charges have been paid in full.Package Modifications.
Package Modifications
Any modifications to your selected package — such as color changes, décor adjustments, or adding extra elements — must be requested at least 7 days before the wedding date. Requests submitted less than 7 days prior to the ceremony are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Timing & Punctuality
We kindly ask all couples and guests to arrive on time for the ceremony. If you believe you may be late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Due to an increasing number of significant delays, please note that arrivals delayed by more than 20 minutes from the scheduled ceremony start time will result in a $150 late fee. Significant delays affect the overall flow of the event, scheduled staffing, photography coverage, setup timing, and the quality of the services provided.
Please note that edited photographs and other media remain our property until fully delivered to the Client. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of photographs, videos, or other deliverables until all outstanding late fees or balances have been paid in full.
If the delay exceeds 40 minutes, our team will determine on-site whether the ceremony can still proceed with an additional late fee starting at $500 and up to 50% of the selected package price, or if the ceremony must be fully canceled due to scheduling availability, staffing, permit limitations, weather conditions, or location restrictions.
The decision will be made based on the specific situation, timeline impact, staff availability, and public location regulations at the time of arrival.
Once our team has arrived on-site and the ceremony setup has been completed, clients may still choose to cancel the ceremony; however, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Same-day rescheduling is generally not available. Exceptions may be considered only in emergency situations, including severe weather conditions deemed unsafe for an outdoor ceremony, as outlined in our Inclement Weather & Outdoor Ceremony Policy. To be considered, we must be notified at least one hour prior to the ceremony start time. Additional travel or relocation fees may apply.
⚠️ Please note:
Any applicable late fee must be paid prior to the start of the ceremony. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the ceremony without refund or rescheduling options.
We truly appreciate your understanding, communication, and respect for our team’s time and scheduling commitments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All payments made are non-refundable. Clients may cancel and/or reschedule their ceremony at any time up to 1 day prior to the ceremony date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Unused credits after 12 months from the original booking date will expire.
Inclement Weather & Outdoor Ceremony Policy
Every outdoor wedding ceremony may, at some point, be affected by adverse weather conditions. As our primary focus is beach destination weddings, we fully understand the importance of being prepared for unexpected situations. Along with thorough preparation, our top priority is always the safety of our clients, their guests, as well as our team and equipment.
After conducting a large number of weddings and experiencing a wide range of weather-related situations, we have developed an inclement weather policy that provides a fair and reasonable solution for all parties involved. We rely on the most up-to-date national weather forecasts, as well as data and reports from multiple meteorological services. We always follow a principle of maximum caution and never underestimate an approaching storm. Additionally, sudden localized storms may occur that are not always detected by weather radar or forecasting systems.
If your wedding may be affected by an imminent weather event, please note that the following policies may be implemented immediately:
You may be offered the option to reschedule to another available date and/or timeline that allows us to preserve the full package inclusions provided under your original contract.
This may involve moving the ceremony date and/or time ahead of or behind the weather system by a few hours or by one or more days. Your wedding professional will make that determination based on the forecast and the schedule for the remainder of your stay.
If you are unable to extend your stay to accommodate a weather-related reschedule, and no alternate indoor venue has been arranged as a backup, your original contracted date and time may be forfeited.
If you choose to proceed with the ceremony on the original contracted date and time, and YOU have arranged through your hotel, guest house, rental home, or reception venue for an INDOOR wedding to take place on the premises, we will accommodate that request whenever possible. Please note that an additional travel fee may apply based on the extra mileage required to the new indoor location.
If the couple has arranged an indoor backup location in advance, we may be able to move part or all of the ceremony setup indoors depending on weather conditions and the condition of the décor and equipment at that time. Please note that certain items affected by rain, flooding, wind, or other damage may not be transferable or reusable.
If severe weather begins after our team has already arrived on-site and setup is in progress or has been completed, our team may temporarily pause and wait for conditions to improve. Additional waiting-time or extended-time fees may apply depending on the length of the delay and the staffing time required.
Once setup has begun and/or has been completed on-site, no refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued for weather-related setup changes, damaged décor, shortened timelines, delayed start times, or modified ceremony conditions.
Because the options available under this policy may be limited, we strongly encourage the following recommendations as a proactive way to reduce stress and allow for more flexibility on your wedding day.
Do not schedule your wedding for a date immediately before your family and guests are set to depart. Scheduling your ceremony at the beginning or in the middle of your stay gives everyone more flexibility if weather-related delays or changes become necessary.
Before confirming your hotel, guesthouse, rental home, Airbnb, or reception venue, please check whether an indoor ceremony would be permitted on the property in the event of inclement weather. If indoor ceremonies are not allowed at your location, and with enough advance notice, we may be able to assist you in securing a nearby restaurant or event venue to use as a backup option.
Please also be prepared to make a prompt decision on the morning of your wedding if weather conditions require a change of plans. We recommend discussing the possibility of bad weather before arriving at your destination so expectations are clear and disappointments can be minimized. Have a backup plan in place, be ready to move forward with that decision, and make sure your wedding party and key guests are aware of the plan as well.
Thank you for your cooperation, patience, and understanding regarding this important inclement weather policy. While the weather in South Florida is often warm, sunny, and beautiful, it can also change quickly and become severe with little warning. Our goal is always to help keep you, your guests, and our team safe while making your wedding day as smooth and memorable as possible.
