Returns & Refunds policy

Payment & Deposit Policy

To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the ceremony or in cash on the event day, if arranged. Payments are accepted via Zelle or cash only.

Permit Policy

If your selected beach or park location requires a permit, we will assist with obtaining it. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client and must be paid on the day of booking. These fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All payments made are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their ceremony once within 12 months of the original booking date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Unused credits after 12 months will expire.

Weather & Force Majeure

In case of inclement weather or unforeseen conditions, the ceremony may be rescheduled within the 12-month grace period. We do not charge extra for weather-related reschedules.

Rental Item Reference Pricing

Below is a reference list of standard rental pricing used internally to calculate sales tax and estimate taxable components of our wedding packages. These prices are not for standalone rental use and cannot be used to request itemized bookings outside a full wedding package.

Rental Availability Policy

All rental items are exclusively provided as part of our complete wedding ceremony packages. We do not offer standalone rentals under any circumstances. The prices listed are for internal allocation and tax reporting only.
