Payment & Deposit Policy
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the ceremony or in cash on the event day, if arranged. Deposit payments are accepted via Zelle or cash only.
Payments made with Credit Cards, Affirm, or Square Installments are accepted for the full package amount only. Please note that each of these payment methods is subject to additional processing fees, which will be added to the total balance:
Credit Cards – 4% processing fee
Affirm – 7% processing fee
Square Installments – 7% processing fee
All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Permit Policy
If your selected beach or park location requires a permit, we will assist you with obtaining it. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client and must be paid on the day of booking. These fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. We strongly recommend applying for permits at least 30 days before your ceremony date. Applications submitted closer to the event may incur additional city fees, and permits requested within 2 weeks of the ceremony are not guaranteed to be approved in time.
Photography
Final edited photos will be delivered to the client within 7 business days (and no later than 14 days) after the wedding. Each additional photo beyond the package limit may be purchased for $5 per image.
Package Modifications
Any modifications to your selected package — such as color changes, décor adjustments, or adding extra elements — must be requested at least 7 days before the wedding date. Requests submitted less than 7 days prior to the ceremony are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All payments made are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their ceremony once within 12 months of the original booking date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Unused credits after 12 months will expire.
Weather & Force Majeure
In case of inclement weather or unforeseen conditions, the ceremony may be rescheduled within the 12-month grace period. We do not charge extra for weather-related reschedules.
Rental Item Reference Pricing
Below is a reference list of standard rental pricing used internally to calculate sales tax and estimate taxable components of our wedding packages. These prices are not for standalone rental use and cannot be used to request itemized bookings outside a full wedding package.
- Wedding Arch Rental: $100
- Folding White Chairs: $10 each
- Lanterns with LED Candles: $5 each
- Ceremony Table: $20
- Draping Fabric: $25
- Silk Floral Decor: $60
- Aisle Runner: $30
- Glass Vases (pair): $10
- Easel Stand: $10
Rental Availability Policy
All rental items are exclusively provided as part of our complete wedding ceremony packages. We do not offer standalone rentals under any circumstances. The prices listed are for internal allocation and tax reporting only.
